A1. With a computer and a wireless or Wi-Fi card or adapter:
1. Scan for wireless network (if you don't know how to do this, see A2 or A3 below)
2. Connect to the network named "Circle WiFi"
3. Open Internet Explorer or Firefox Web Browser. The CircleWiFi login page will appear.

A1. Like using a cell phone in a weak signal area, try moving your computer or
wireless adapter near a window that is facing one of the CircleWiFi Access Points
A2. Many good quality laptop and laptop wireless cards will work on the network.
However, CircleWiFi does not support internal wireless cards.
Customers have reported the best results with USB adapters that are connected to
the computer with a USB cable. Good results were reported by customers using
the hField WiFire, DLINK DWA-142, Hawking HWU8DD, Hawking HWDN1, Hawking HWDN2,
Hawking HWU9DD,Buffalo WLE-DA2, Buffalo
WLE-MYG, Buffalo WLE-AT-DACB, Buffalo
WLE-AT-DACW, Xterasys WCU5102
No matter which adapter you buy, make sure that the adapter has a cable, so that you
can place it near a window that faces a CircleWiFi Access Point. Adapters may be
purchased at Best Buy, Circuit City, CompUSA or other consumer electronics stores.
You may also try Staples, Office Max or other office supply store. |
| 8. My Windows Updates does not work? |

A1. Contact Microsoft for issues related to Windows Updates.
A2. Windows Vista users may have to wait for Windows Vista Service Pack 1 if they are
having problems with Windows Updates. |
